Martin Short is the Interim Executive Director, Ethical Tea Partnership.

Martin brings with him extensive strategic leadership and sustainable development experience in both the private and public sectors. His career has been marked by transformative initiatives and a commitment to systemic change that leads to long lasting impact.

His experience spans diverse industries and roles focused on lives and livelihoods in the global south. Martin has held leadership positions as President of World Cocoa Foundation, CEO of The Power of Nutrition, and at UBS Group AG, a Swiss multinational investment bank.

As the Interim Executive Director, Martin is at the forefront of ETP’s strategic initiatives, convening the sector and facilitating collaboration between our members, businesses, governments, and civil society, enabling us to mobilise resources to deliver our transformational strategy.
