Mr. Ngatia holds a Masters in Business Administration from Kenyatta University and Bachelor in Production Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology, Kenya. He is a Member of Engineers Board of Kenya as well as a Lead Auditor on International ISO Standards, OHS Management Directorate of Occupational Health, Good Manufacturing Practice GMP/HACCP.
Mr. Ngatia has served for 18 Yrs in Production and Value Addition. Prior to his current position, Mr. Ngatia was working with Unilever Tea Kenya for 12 yrs
