It is upto the exhibitors to provide all equipment and supplies required for the functioning of the stall. This includes display equipment and marketing materials,
staff to service the booth, security of money/cash float, mobile cooler for cooling any supplies such as milk and insulated thermoses or hot tea dispensers.
